Our space is located in a two-storey converted industrial building, at 140 Ann Street in London, Ontario. The 3,900 sq. metre building was constructed in 1941 to house Stanley Home Products which warehoused and manufactured small household cleaning equipment. In fact, their logo is still mosaiced in the floor on the south side of the building. Since their departure, the site has maintained some form of storage and warehousing as well as other tenants.

Our space is open concept with twelve foot ceilings and minimalist office furniture making the space inviting for employees and clients. Our orange accent walls were chosen to inspire innovative ideas. Warehouse sized windows allow for natural lighting of the workspace and keep our bamboo green all year round. We have all of the standard office amenities and can comfortably accommodate small group meetings and training sessions.

When looking for us you will note our building is bounded by apartment buildings and warehousing to the west, single detached residential dwellings and service retail uses to the south, townhouses to the east and the CP rail line and parking lot occupy the land to the north.
